I led the end-to-end rebuild of California State University, Northridge’s 90+ page Alumni site in Drupal. As the alumni rep and project lead, I ran weekly stakeholder check-ins, audited and organized content, and redesigned the site architecture using Slickplan. I produced wireframes and high-fidelity mockups in Figma, and established SEO and accessibility best practices. The result is a clearer user journey, higher alumni engagement, and a Drupal site that is much easier for the team to manage and update.
